This years Red Nose Day was all about Doing Something Funny for Money.
At Gamma we like always like to get stuck in and have some fun and this was a great opportunity to do just that and raise some money for a great cause.
Friday 13th March 2010
We all came dressed in something red and made a donation
We bought Comic Relief Merchandise such as red noses and whoopee cushions
We donated £10 for every UK order that we received on the day
We paid for our MD (Martin Smith) to do something funny for money:
Martina arrived in his dress, make-up and accessories for a day in the office
Martina attended a number of meetings in his attire
He enjoyed his time dressed as a lady and is now considering having regular Martina days
We employed a new tea boy for the afternoon
Martin makes a wonderful cup of tea
And he isn’t bad at washing up either
Our cleaner has got a fight on her hands
His afternoon attire consisted of Y-Fronts and braces which he wore very proudly over his trousers (notice that his make-up is still on)
Overall, we had a great day and managed to raise a total of £650 for Comic Relief!
